At Kenneth Cole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
